ABOUT ELEVATE NWO
We are a community-based, not-for -profit organization that provides services, opportunities and programs to improve the lives and empower people living with, affected by or at risk of HIV, AIDS, and Hepatitis C in Thunder Bay and Northwestern Ontario.

OUR KISS CAMPAIGN
Testing
Do you know your status? We offer testing for HIV, Hep C and Hep B. Confidential and Free. Just come into our offices during regular office hours or at one of our clinics.
HIV Clinic & Hep C Treatment
We offer an HIV medical clinic and a Hep C Treatment clinic.
Outreach Services
Once things get back to normal, you will see our Outreach workers out and about Thunder Bay handing out harm reduction supplies, arranging testing for HIV & Hep C, and offering services.
Support
We have support groups and programming for people living with HIV and people who are on Hep C Treatment.
