Elevate’s Home Base Cooling Centre welcomes over 100 people each day, providing safety, meals, and support. Guests receive breakfast, an afternoon snack, and access to care and services throughout the day. For those affected by homelessness, Home Base is a vital place to connect, rest, and find support.

At the request of the city of Thunder Bay, Elevate NWO operated extended drop-in hours (8:30am-9:00pm) from July 14-17th.
